These terms govern participation in the FlirtALot affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate and accepting the rules you agree to them in full.
Only adults with an active FlirtALot account can join. Each person may hold one affiliate account. FlirtALot may refuse or suspend an account at any time if these terms are breached.
You get a personal link with your code. A user is attributed to you if they register within 60 days of clicking your link, from the same browser or device. Attribution is final once registration is completed.
You earn 30% of every payment made on the website through Stripe by users attributed to you, renewals included, for as long as the subscription stays active. Purchases made inside the iOS and Android apps (App Store and Google Play) do not earn commissions.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the related commission is reversed from your balance. The reversal appears in your activity and you are notified by email.
You can request a payout once your available balance reaches €50. Payouts are sent via PayPal only, to the address on your account, and processed manually, normally within 30 days of the request. You are responsible for your PayPal address being correct.
You may promote FlirtALot on websites, blogs, social profiles and channels you own, honestly and to an adult audience only. You must clearly disclose that it is an affiliate link where the law of your country requires it.
You must not: send spam or unsolicited messages; run paid ads on the FlirtALot name or brand; sign up through your own link or create fake accounts; make false or misleading claims about the service; target minors; generate artificial clicks or signups. Commissions obtained this way are cancelled and the account is suspended.
While your account is suspended your link no longer earns commissions. In case of fraud, unpaid balance may be withheld. You can close your affiliate account by contacting support; any available balance of at least €50 will be paid out.
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on the commissions you receive. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid by the user.
FlirtALot may change these terms, the commission rate or the program itself. Changes apply to commissions earned after they are published on this page.
