Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all your personal data at any time, directly in the app.

How to do it in the app

  1. 1Open FlirtALot and sign in with your account.
  2. 2Go to the Subscription section from the bottom menu.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom, to the "Delete account" area.
  4. 4Tap "Delete account" and confirm the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile data (name, email, preferences).
  • The virtual partners you created, with avatars and generated photos.
  • All chats, voice messages, memories and diary pages.
  • Missions, agenda, projects, documents and related notes.
  • Notification subscriptions and daily usage data.

Deletion is permanent and immediate: data cannot be recovered. Any active subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled in that store. Billing records required by law are retained by our payment provider for the period set by tax regulations.

Fill in the form: your request goes to our support team (support@flirtalot.com) and will be handled within 30 days.
