At FlirtALot we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the rights you have under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable data protection laws.

We collect: account data (name, email), profile and partner preferences you create, messages, photos and voice notes you exchange in the app, usage and technical data (device, language, approximate location inferred from conversations) and payment data processed securely by our payment provider Stripe.
We use your data to provide and personalize the service, generate your AI companion's responses, remember your conversations, process subscriptions and payments, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.
We process your data based on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
Your messages and content are processed by AI models to generate companion responses. Conversations are private to your account and are not used to identify you publicly or sold to third parties.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run FlirtALot (e.g. cloud hosting, AI providers, Stripe for payments), bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements. We never sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your conversations or your account at any time; deleted data is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@flirtalot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
FlirtALot is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app or by email.
