These Terms of Service govern your use of FlirtALot.com. By accessing or using the app you fully accept these Terms. FlirtALot is a Relational AI application: it exists to let you build a warm, respectful and emotionally meaningful bond with a fictional AI companion. It is NOT a pornographic service, nor a platform that provides, hosts, distributes or receives pornographic, violent, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise indecent content. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app.
FlirtALot.com is a Relational AI application. Its purpose is emotional companionship: conversation, listening, affection, shared daily life, memories, plans and personal growth alongside a fictional AI companion. The characters, partners, conversations, voices, photos and any generated content are fictional and produced by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, do not represent real individuals and must not be interpreted as real relationships, professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, financial or otherwise) or statements of fact.
FlirtALot is expressly NOT a pornographic, erotic-content or adult-entertainment service, and it is not a channel for obtaining, exchanging, publishing or receiving content of any pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, brutal, degrading, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise indecent nature, nor content contrary to public morality and decency. The app does not distribute such material, does not allow users to upload or request it, and does not present itself as a tool for producing it. Any expectation of such use is outside the purpose of the service and is not supported.
Our AI engine automatically filters and blocks content that falls outside the relational purpose of the app. Requests, prompts, uploads and generations that involve pornographic or sexually explicit material, nudity of minors or anything involving minors, violence, abuse, self-harm, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination on any ground (ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability and any other protected characteristic), harassment or content offensive to morality and decency are refused, filtered or neutralised automatically, both in text and in generated images, voices and videos. These safeguards are an integral part of the service and must not be circumvented: any attempt to bypass, jailbreak, trick or disable the filters is itself a violation of these Terms.
The app is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or older. By using FlirtALot you declare and warrant that you are of legal age. Any use by minors is expressly forbidden, and no content involving minors is tolerated in any form or context.
You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with these Terms. The app must be used exclusively for its intended relational and emotional-companionship purpose, within the limits set by applicable law, with respect for the dignity of every person.
Any improper, abusive or unlawful use of the application's features is strictly forbidden. In particular, it is prohibited to use the app to: obtain, generate, request, store, share or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit material; generate, request or share content involving minors or the exploitation of minors in any form; produce content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent; create illegal, violent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful or indecent content; attempt to circumvent, disable or manipulate the automatic content filters; harass, deceive, blackmail, impersonate or harm others; violate the intellectual property or rights of third parties; or use the app for any activity that is illegal under applicable law. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
The user assumes full and sole responsibility for the use they make of the application, for the inputs they provide and for the content they generate, request, save, share or distribute through the app. FlirtALot provides a fictional relational-companionship tool and cannot control the individual use each user makes of it; any consequence arising from misuse is the exclusive responsibility of the user.
We do not tolerate any abuse of the application. Any misuse, and in particular any conduct that constitutes a crime or a serious violation of the law (such as content relating to the exploitation of minors, threats or other unlawful activities), will be documented and reported to the competent authorities, and we will cooperate fully with law enforcement to the extent permitted or required by law.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unrealistic or unexpected. You should not rely on it as real, true or as advice of any kind. You are responsible for evaluating the content and for any decision or action you take based on it.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices, plans and billing terms are shown in the app. You can manage, upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time as described in the app.
Users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be permanently banned from the app, without notice and WITHOUT ANY POSSIBILITY OF REFUND of the amounts already paid (including the unused portion of an active subscription), and will be reported to the competent authorities where their conduct constitutes a crime or a violation of the law. The ban applies to any violation of these Terms, and in particular to: attempts to bypass or manipulate the automatic content filters; requesting or generating pornographic, violent, discriminatory, hateful or indecent content; any content involving minors; harassment, threats or harm towards other people; and any unlawful use of the app. We also reserve the right to suspend access immediately as a precaution while a violation is being assessed, and to refuse the creation of new accounts by banned users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlirtALot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the app, nor for the use each user makes of the generated content. The service is provided "as is" for relational-companionship purposes. While our filters are designed to block inappropriate content, no automated system is infallible: should any unwanted content appear, please report it to support@flirtalot.com so we can act promptly.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
